Some pics from our Indian Department Scout this past weekend.
Our mission was to set up a base camp and scout the area a bit for an event there next month. I was supposed to go out Friday but waited another night because I was feeling ill. Went out Saturday, came home Sunday...and now I feel worse.
But it was fun! :D
Our "Combat Photographer", Phoenix (aka "Muskrat", "Woodchuck")

Our learless feeder, oops...I mean Fearless Leader, Matt N. (dude, why are you in a pond?)

Sharah, our Loyalist Refugee (and tougher than most guys in the hobby, including me!)

The entrance to the Indian Dept. Hilton. Made me feel like I shoulda been carrying an AK and wearing black pajamas...

Waiting for stew to cook

First shot with the trade gun I finished (shot 3 rounds, hit 2x at about 25 yds). pretty happy considering I hadn't fired a live round out of it yet.

Mario my hats off to ya. You all look like you are right out of the 1700's. Glad you like your new trade gun. It looks like a real sweethart.

Looks GREAT! If you keep slimming down ... we're gonna have to buy you some suspenders!

Nice shelter against the rock

Great pictures! Makes me want to get "dressed up" and head out into the deer woods! Only 3 more weeks and "Beast" my .62 cal Early Virginia rifle will get another opportunity to make meat for it's owner.

Mario,
Thanks for sharing. When I first got started some local folks and I used to get in the occasional trek and private tactical. Your pics bring back fond memories.
