it sure do, and the tube is totally needless.  but blowing is faster than wiping!

At our club we have target boards set up for 8 shooters at a time with a dozen clay pigeons on the board.  The first shooter to break all 12 targets gets first place.  distance is usually set at about 30-35 yards.  All shots are off hand, loading from the bag, ball blocks permitted.  Patched round ball only.
