Typical evening meal when Im alone at the deep south Texas ranch.

I grew up with Pearl, Falstaff and Lone Star...and the sausage, potatoes and onions are still a mainstay (most often served with saurkraut...). But I have to admit that a cocked .45 is never on the menu, much less the table...

I have a goodly collection of self-defense weapons with quite a few always loaded and close to hand. But, a cocked weapon next to my plate is not happening. As addled as I get these days I just might pick it up rather than my fork...and my taste for lead has never been that great... :lol sign

I'm with you, Tex. The taste and FEEL of lead can really spoil a great meal.
