Eliza Charlotte Beattie, nee Anderson, A.C. Anderson’s eldest child -  born in 1822 at the North West Company’s Spokane House. She was a toddler at Fort Okanogan. When she was five, her father brought his family down to the bustling headquarters at Fort Vancouver, and she grew used to its noise. -++++++
