When I come on to this site and look up at the address bar, it says "Not secure" in front of the address. Is that a problem at my end or yours?

that insecure indication is coming from your browser or google or some other entity and has nothing to do with the TMA website or your machine or your internet access.  it implies that the server is "insecure" because it's not "https" instead of "http".  it's happening for all "http" websites indiscriminately.  the TMA does not need to pay for an SSL "secure server".  it's all just money nonsense.  it's about people making money.  what else is new?
