The Longhunter's Bag
« on: July 28, 2020, 01:36:38 PM »
I call this bag style the Longhunter and have made several of them in different variations, this bag and knife were made for one of our TMA brethren 9 years ago and I can't remember who commissioned it! Made for 7/8 oil tanned cow with a Weaving Welshman strap, not seen is a double pocket sewn on the inside back panel, the knife was made by me from a piece of high
carbon wood mill band saw blade, maple grips, and sheath was made for dual purpose, attached to the strap or removed and slid behind belt or sash with the overhang of the sheath used to keep it from sliding behind the belt.
