I'm late as usual, hope you are feeling a bit less sore by now!  :toast 

Carol has absolutely forbidden me from getting on ladders after reading somewhere on line that old folks lose their balance more than the young sprats.  So I have to sneak around and do stuff which requires me being on a ladder when she is otherwise occupied... :o
