Fowler ramrod tip

What would the appropriate ramrod tip for a New England fowler?  Pre F&I war timeframe.

Imo, either a naturally swelled wood ramrod end or a turned horn tip attached to a wooden rod.
Last week I put together a coworkers wallhanger from I think 1858ish and made a rr for it. Its turned buffalo horn on hickory rr. [ Invalid Attachment ]

A couple of shots of the wallhanger he brought to me in four pcs.the brass strap on the rt was original but the one on left was missing so I made that one and the rear rr pipe was gone so I made it as well at 5/16 idbecause thats what the entry size is into the forestock. I split the pipe as the original one was before low temp silver soldering it.
