If you've got scored target faces to have posted ....

5.  Submit your best scored target face by emailing an image of it to: score@TradMLA.org . Targets must be filled out with name, date, rifle or smoothbore, flint or percussion, caliber, and the total score.  All scored targets must be email dated no later than the last day of the month the face was scored.

Yeah, it was April fool's day all right. My corner of Ohio went from days in the 60's to freezing and flurries on the 1st! Topping it off,the Reds lost the opener. So much for getting out there on day one to shoot the postal.  Next week it is supposed to be in the mid 70's, so I'm hoping to throw five lead balls down range then, but no promises.

Sorta the same here in upper Jersey where after some days bordering on 70s this morning was in the low 20s and windy.  Brrrr.

Rob,

I'm sorry to have to admit it but I don't seem to be as computer-literate as I thought I was.  You said that there would be a post with a thread to the targets we are to use, but I don't see it.  Could you post a link so I can get out there and burn some powder?  :bl th up

Also, there seems to be new traffic in the child board to this forum, but when I click on it I get a message that I have already seen all the posts there.  If the targets are in there someplace I (again) can't find it....

Thank ye kindly,
~Kees~

I think I’ll take a stab at this match, this will be new to me,Normally this time of year ,as I’m the Capt of my clubs rifle team,we’re finishing up our Sporterifle season, however we did not shoot this year due to COVID,so I could use some shooting practice, maybe another of my team might be persuaded to join us too,we’re used too .22 rimfire comp. but we Can adapt.

I think I'll try it. Just one question, why the .31 cal low limit on bore size?

I knew there had to be a valid reason and Joe just told me - much less than .30 bore and that opens the easy door to those who might be tempted to use a .22 rimfire gun.

OK. Temptation ought to be saved for more important things anyhow.

I do have another question. How do you figure the score?
