Today Marked My Last Year of Running Our TMA Postal Matches
« on: November 01, 2020, 12:32:59 AM »
I would like to extend my thanks to all who have taken part in our TMA Postal Matches over these last four years.

It has been my privilege to have had the opportunity to run these Postal Matches, and be associated with a great bunch of supporters such as yourselves, and to have had the good fortune to have shared a TMA Postal Match Range with you.

You folks made the Postal Matches here at the TMA. Without you, they would not have been possible. Thank you, God bless, and keep shooting those smoke poles. It's a great hobby and great sport for sure!

Joe, You're going to be missed, no doubt in my Military mind about that.

As a side note; Think of all the fun you're going to have "Tinkering" in the shop!
Seriously now, I suspect I just may have to call and talk to Cindy, and see if she can't find another chore or two around the house for you.
I mean you being completely retired and all, with all this "Free Time" on your hands. there just ain't no tellin what all kinds of trouble you could end up in.

Just thinking about you're welfare Bud. That's what we do, look out for each other.

I'll echo what everyone else has said Joe,..... you've certainly been a top-notch TMA National Match Director, and it's going to be difficult to find someone else to replace you.

Thanks for doing such a fine job!  :hairy  :bow  :toast  :applaud

And thank you from me also, Joe!  It has been an honor and a pleasure to shoot with you doing the scoring, setting up the targets and all the other mundane things which it takes to run the postal shoot.  :bl th up

Many thanks to you Joe for all you've done for the postal matches.  :hairy
For me they've been the motivation to get out and shoot , especially as I was getting started.
I too hope they continue in the years to come.
The trouble with doing things right the first time is no one realizes how hard it was.
Often, however, the following is more applicable.
I stand corrected, a position somewhat painful to achieve, but once there, is quite satisfying.

Sharpstick,

As far as I know there will still be something. What it may be, I don't know - but I'm sure it'll be enjoyable for everyone.  :shake
