The Journal of Patrick Gass....
« on: December 27, 2020, 05:59:23 PM »
In a discussion with Butler Ford on books of The L & C Expedition, he gave me the name of one of the crew in the Expedition that had kept yet another Journal.
I found the character of Patrick Gass to be a very interesting person so thought I would share this with you.
It's in a pdf format and makes for a easy and interesting read.

Much like Lewis and Clark, I had to explore this "river" before continuing on course.  Thanks for this Russ!  It was a good read but then, I would expect no less from my new found hero! He was articulate without being verbose.  I have it down loaded and will print it out, put it in a binder and label the spine.   :hairy
