Zouave sight
« on: July 05, 2021, 12:28:02 AM »
Does anyone make a tool for removing the rear sight base on a Zouave?  The head of the screw has 2 pin holes in it instead of a slot.

Thanks

Well I know the screw are called snake eyes.
 Requires a spanner screwdriver.
Not sure what size , they come in #6,#8,#10 etc etc.
You can find them on Amazon, home stores , tool or auto centers.
if you have a pair of C ring pliers you could make those work ??
Good luck.

I believe I have a pair of those which have not been used in 40 years.  I will gladly mail them to you if they will work!
