A percussion twist barrel.  Is it kind of like the old New Orleans Ace?

Twist lock not a Queen Anne.

I got a kit from Dixie, BUT the Lock & trigger assy was not functionable = SUPER STIFF
Sent the above back to Dixie & their Gunsmith, adjusted & honed. Now = smooth
 Now  I just need to sand ( shape) the Grip &finish with linseed oil, & assemble,
Wish me "luck"  :pray:

was made in flintlock & Cap
Carried by Merchants, women (called muff pistoles), in Fur Trade- Traders pistol.
