That looks pretty good, my friend.  Never thought of using turkey in a stir fry.
We went up into the Sierra foothills last weekend.  The local turkeys sure were a talkative bunch. It kind of reminded me of days in idaho where there was a flock of about 50 that lived on the 10 acres nextdoor to us.  Went to sleep serenaded by the coyotes and woke up to the tune of the turkey alarm clock.  Man, that was a great life.
Dinner tonight looks like it will be another salad.  Big whoop!!!  BUt it will be a good salad.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest Up to God.
