Well let's get things started.
 Did a little shooting with Eric , not a second rate marksman by any means.

Had a great time shooting the postal match with you, Kevin! I’ll probably give it another go next week after we’re back from rendezvous. Nice little cloverleaf on that King’s X target of yours!

I made the mistake of attaching my target to my steel silhouette, and the lead splatter tore it up—looks like it got peppered with birdshot!

Not sure what’s up with those flyers there. I’ve been struggling with throwing shots from the .50, mostly because I’m so used to shooting the .36 and .40. After shooting the .40 for so long, I tend to forget how much more firmly I need to pull the .50 into my shoulder pocket to keep it from jumping around and messing with my follow-through.

I'd love to make smoke and try to put some holes in the postal shoot targets but, Somerset County PA weather won't allow that to happen for a while yet.

Weather here isn't good either.  Very windy, snowing and 28 degrees.  Stay in by the fire weather.

Shot my targets today. I only have available a pistol to shoot with this month so that’s what I used. .44 cal LePage flintlock, 25 yds, offhand. [ Invalid Attachment ]  [ Invalid Attachment ]

Are you going to have other firearms available to use in the months to come? Or are you going to have to use the handgun all the time?

No Powder, I will have my long guns to shoot starting next month. I’ll probably shoot one target with the smoothbore and another with a rifle.
