Calling all patriots - let's all do this!

My wife is is a proud member of the Clough Valley Ohio chapter of the DAR. Below is a portion of an email she received today from her chapter Regent. We're going to participate and we hope you will too. You don't have to be a DAR member nor a Buckeye, just an interested patriot. If it doesn't rain, we will post a picture. Anyone else?

I think it would be great if FB and other sources could be flooded with this as stated.  Let's see if we can have a BRIGHT GLOW seen from space.

I just a few hours from now, but exactly 250 years ago on this date, the famous night ride of Paul Revere, William Dawes, Sam Prescott, Israel Bissell, Sybil Ludington and about forty more brave souls began. I urge all modern patriots to light up the night on Friday April 18 to honor them. They risked their lives for us. Please participate. If not you, who?

OK now we're cooking! That makes four. I must admit, except for you guys, the response here has been discouraging. Same thing on the five shooting forums in which I participate.   ;banghead;  C'mon all you buckskin wearing, muzzleloader shooting, HC guys. Get off the couch and join us. It's a lot safer than standing on the green facing ranks and files of British Regulars drawing down on you. All you need are lights or candles. Please?

What a coincidence, this is the first time I ever heard the word as well.
Kind of reminds me of Honors English class my senior year in high school.  The teacher threw some really strange words at us, but I don't think pareidolia was one of them, but that was 62 years ago, so I might have forgotten it.  Why not, I have no doubt forgotten the rest of them, and probably have never used any of them either.  Why do they waste our time with silliness like that?  Just because they can, I guess.
