I would like to say thank you to all that keep this forum going. I know what it takes to do so. It is difficult to juggle this, family hobbies and health. Thank you. Al others be patience with the BoD.

How else can fellow BOD members know each board member is meeting their obligation and keeping abreast of the topics being discussed in the Executive Forum?

If a board member feels he has nothing of importance to add to a discussion,.... at least (please) leave something like a  :bl th up, or maybe a  :wave,.... so the rest of the BOD knows you're keeping abreast of what's being discussed in each thread.
