SPALTED CURLY JARRAH RIFELMANS KNIFE

this is an old Japanese scout knife that my brother in law got in 1954 this blade gets a good edge and holds it,i have put a piece of the splated curly jarrah for the handle this wood is awesome 2 coats of boiled linseed on it no stain  the colors are outstanding.

The handle appears to be a single pice of wood (no splices).  Did you bore out for the tang?

yes fletcher i drill a hole just a bit bigger than the tang fill it with two ton epoxy glue, i put v cuts in the tang so the glue holds it better.
