Good job; I put a Renegade together with random parts and used a L&R RPL lock a few months ago. Fitting the so called "drop in " lock was a nightmare, I had to move the barrel back, grind off part of the tang, redrill the lock bolt hole and a host of other things to make it work.

I started with this;

And ended up with this after pulling all my hair out trying to get everything to fit and work properly.

Check your L&R lock, I had to send mine back twice, once for a casting flaw and the second time because the tumbler shaft stuck too far through the lock plate and the hammer stop on the hammer only hit the corner of the lock plate and was flaring the lock plate metal. L&R did a lousy job of fixing the problem and I had to fix their fix when I got the lock back.
