Question; are both barrels sighted in for the same distance, or have you had a chance to check this yet?  :shake

Being a swivel barrel, each one has its own set of sights....

Yeah, I can be a smartie!

The last three days I've spent time tearing this rifle apart and tightening up a few things that needed a bit of 'snugging' up! Rifle is in excellent shape as for all moving parts including the Lock and trigger mechanisms. The barrel fixture was just a tat loose from the lock section so to get into the area for solving that problem the left side lock plate needed removing and the lock extracted. That procedure reveals a flanged nut that connects the barrels to the lock and with a slight tightening of that nut this removed 99.9% of the slack that existed betwixt both barrel and lock sections. The flat steel abutment surfaces that join these two sections together are not quite congruent as one plate is not quite level! Later on in the year I may tear this dude down again and use a little grinding compound to lap these two surfaces! I have not fired or weighed the rifle yet as it's been nothing but rain rain here and it'll be a while before conditions get right. I'm pleased with my purchase and it's going to be interesting to see how this dude shoots a PRB! GRRW barrels at 1-66" twist. :yessir: :toast

It's  a  beauty for sure but at 12lbs, I  wouldn't  take her trekking.
I'm  not  H/C or P/C or even a particularly  good shot but I have a hell of a good time!

I've never planned on hiking up Pikes' Peak while hunting! That's what blinds and cross-sticks are made for! :yessir: :laffing
