Thank you much for the well wishes.
The day started out in Fresno where I had breakfast with two old school chums, one of which has been a good friend since about 1955, the other since 1959.  Drove back to the campground and hooked up the trailer and hit the road.  Drove back to Morro Bay, unhooked the trailer, had a bite to eat and drove down to Santa Maria in time for a wine tasting party.  Then dinner and conversation then drove home.  Went from 110 degrees to 60 degrees and with the breeze it was mighty chilly.
So, yes, all in all it was a great day. 
I have my sights set on 21 more birthdays, then I will reevaluate.

Well, DANG!  I'm late to the party, AGAIN!  Sounds like it was a good day, anyway.  Carol told me, many moons ago, that her family women all live into their 90s and that she expected me to outlive her.  Since she's 9 1/2 years behind me, I need to keep going for another 20 it looks like.  Your going for 21 reminded me of that.

Anyway, I'm glad you made it this far and wish you 21 more, at least!
