I have a gun canvas rifle sleeve and a suede possible bag that just look too new. Can I smoke this stuff on the fire pit ?

Most of the leather "waterproofing" says not to use it on suede. I think that is just 'cuz what it will do to the nap of the suede. It should still waterproof it...

I just wanted to use it for hunting. It's smaller than a standard size possibles bag and I really don't need all the stuff in my bag that I take to the range. I also have a few horns and I take my small one hunting.

Coat em with rendered bear fat. That stuff is good for everything. You can put it on your boots, your hair, and even cook with it.
