Mystery gun ID?

I have a 45 cal with a 32" barrel , percussion ,that has no information on the manufacturer. The barrel is stamped 45 cal on the side, proof tested and a small circle on the top flat with the letters BP in it. The lock is stamped Japan on the inside.
The patch box, trigger guard and side plate are engraved , not stamped, with some nice simple scrolling. Any idea who may be the manufacturer?
I took the barrel off the stock looking for a clue, but there are no other marks.

I'm certainly not the most knowledgeable person about factory muzzleloaders but I do remember that back in the 1970's there were guns imported from Japan. Some were made by Miroku which is still a well known maker of high quality guns today. (Think Browning Citori shotguns.) I seem to remember a company called Ultra Hi as well. The quality of their products varied quite a bit, I believe. Hopefully someone with more complete information will speak up.

Storm,
Me also.....looks like a fine addition to my other .45's. Hardware being engraved
rather than stamped should say something about the organ......or not

I have one almost exactly like it . Mine imported by Sears Roebuck from Miroku Japan. The Miroku barrel is a great improvement from the Spanish CVA. With my old eyes and iron sights; a .015 patched rb over 65 gr 3f Kik it will hold about 2 1/2" at 100 yds. There were several other importers at the time. I bought mine , unfired, with a bent hammer for 100$ off Armslist. Took a lot of filing off the top and groove of the rear sight and some drifting of both front and rear to get it on the bull at 100.

I ended up selling it to finance another project. Sad to see it go , but it is what it is.
