Yep, these dayze the web-o-net is fulla scammers,  Do diligence is required no matter what. 

Before placing an online order off a site, check out the site itself for contact info.  There might be nothing  other than an email contact form to fill out = red flag.

Do a BBB check on the website's URL address - that might be illuminating.

ANY vendor site that offers up products with price tags that appear ridiculously cheap are almost always scammers.
