So, what did Santa bring you???
« on: December 25, 2024, 03:30:27 PM »
In order to eliminate the guesswork, Ms. Smoke and I decided we would buy our own presents and call it good.  So, I got something I have been wanting for a while.  A Blackstone 28" griddle.  I did give it a pre Christmas tryout, and the verdict is in.  I love it.  Good thinking, Sweetie!!!!!  Just what I wanted.
No little Smokes running around so I didn't get any new neckties or underwear.
This is kinda depressing.  I have been in this game for so long, there wasn't really anything muzzleloading I could think of that i either needed or wanted.  Sad.

Sotkis jukem!  That's what my polish grandma would say when i would ask what she was getting me for Christmas, when i was about 9 I asked her what that was..." nothing with a hole in it"!.  actually we bought our Christmas present back in Sept, out new to us travel trailer, got the typical trinkets from thr young grandkids, they take 10 bux ea out of their bank and buy whatever they want to for presents for us, which is always nice to see how their thought process works, was a nice visit with them last night, today it's quiet one with a nice prime rib dinner and some port wine after dinner.
