Mike has been taunting me lately.  I need a partner.   
Once again I require a partner that's both a crack shot and a fool. A crack shot so I'll have them as a partner and a fool so they'll have me.

Ole Mike has a really big head that I find hard to miss but I'm  willing if someone's an expert and needs a partner. (Or someone  with a good sense of humor)
