Hello,
I am proud to announce that White County has made the purchase of the 1851 Colt Navy that belonged to General Dibrell. ON August 15th, The White County Historical Society, and Museum, with the aid of the local Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp, will have a "WELCOME HOME CEREMONY". It will be held at the grave site of General Dibrell, which is in the Old City Cemetery, at 10:00. We,the SCV, will be assisted by the Local UDC, and OCR chapters. EVERYONE IS INVITED TO ATTEND!! Come out and see the most pristine relic in the Upper Cumberlands, from the War Between the States!!If Y'all need anymore info, Please contact me!!
