2011 event

So many times I have seen people take on a job just to wear the title and then do nothing. I don't want to be that guy! This year in Tennessee we have started a longhunter organization and are planning a big event in October 2011. I want to put out feelers now about a North / South sqirmish in 2011. Needed of coarse would be interested participants, vendors, sponsors, and a gun range on which to hold said event. Jump in and help with suggestions.

Turns out there are two events scheduled in Tennessee this year by the North/South Skirmish Association. Both are in West Tennessee. I would like to communicate with anyone on here familiar with either Eva or Horn Beak Tennessee. I am interested in participating and helping in promotion of these shoots.
