Fowler question
« on: July 03, 2011, 02:52:28 PM »
I am ready to pin my barrel to the stock, but I have a problem. The nose cap does not lie tight to the barrel when the barrel is in place. At this point I am ready to cut the wood that holds the nose cap and do away with it. This is a TVM American fowler, I have tried to find gallery pics of other fowlers here, but most don't show the barrel end. So unless someone has a trick to suck the nose cap to the barrel the saw is coming out!
