Moderator Introduction.
« on: January 01, 2013, 12:35:54 PM »
Hello the camp!

Just thought I should introduce myself.  I'm the new moderator for this section and my name is Vernon.

I've been involved in Traditional Muzzleloading since 1974, when I received a kit for a .69 caliber Tower Pistol.  My first rifle was a caplock TC Hawkin in .45 caliber.  I also had a CVA caplock Mountain Rifle in .50 caliber.  After building a flintlock DGW Tennessee Mountain Rifle in .50 caliber, I found new homes for the caplocks and have been a confirmed flintlock addict ever since.

I've dabbled in re-enacting/living history with an emphasis on the time period from the F&I period through the American War for Independence.

As a moderator, I'll strive to be as invisible as I can.  Please, PM me with any problems before you post anything publicly.

Keep an eye on the horizon.
