Screw Tip Horn
« on: August 13, 2014, 10:10:13 PM »
I don't normally get much of a chance to do things that are not cataloged, but Monday I finished up all the orders I had on the books and decided I wanted to build a screw tip horn.  I have been hiding away this horn for a while and decided to see what I could do with it.
Wound up about 12" overall with a diameter at the base of 2 3/8"  The tip is a piece of moose antler.

Left side carry horn, here is the front face

And the other side

Here is a fuzzy view of the baseplug

And a shot of the tip

Comments/questions welcome.

Nice job John, It's a good thing I'm a left carry guy. Send that up here, I'll give it a work out for hunting season. It needs to be tested. I also have the perfect strap for it.
