Apparently (do to the Covid 19) you can "RV Camp" at Nebraska State Parks & Recreation Areas,,, but you can not "Tent Camp"  :o

Absolutely idiotic IMHO...  The stupidity is never ending... :Doh!

Yes, you are correct. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard too.

Bull, I even tried to reason this out in my mind, and the only thing I can come up with is they (those Park & Recreation Areas) won't have "Restroom" services...

Obviously they have never heard of "Porta-Potty's"  :Doh!

This really puts the screws to my summer plans with the grand kids and my wife for some fishing, boating, and camping... Guess I won't have to buy a Park Sticker.

My wife pointed out that there wouldn't be anyone to "clean and disinfect" the bathrooms to the standards necessary.

Joe,.... check out this National Forest map and info, dispersed camping is the only way to go whether it's on National Forest ground or BLM ground.  :bl th up :*:

I've NEVER paid for a campsite on either one.  :*: :applaud :bl th up

Thanks Rondo, and I agree with you... My problem is the fishing holes and their locations in my area... Not very many decent fishing areas up on the grasslands, but if it comes to that - we may just do it... :bl th up

Fort Robinson's ponds and Carter P. Lake were handy, as was Box Butte Reservoir, and Whitney Lake... We may just nix the camping and just take the boat out for a day or two (or three) of fishing and just come back home each night. As far as I know we can still have cook outs at the lakes and reservoir... We'll just play it by ear I reckon.  :shake

Who knows, maybe we'll have that Rendezvous in my yard after all...  ;)
