I never thought of it before, but the researchers (detectives) were able to tell if the musket caps they found were used on individual muskets because of the hammer marks left on the caps.

Overall, I found the video to be pretty interesting too.  :bl th up

Other episodes of Battlefield   Detectives were not nearly as impressive  as I  found this one to be. Really great find,  Thanks for sharing.

Hell I had my hearing aids in and headphones on, no problem! just saying! and I'm a kid compared to most of you fellers!

Yeah, some "Jarheads" simply age a bit more gracefully than others, but one of my favorite Jarheads in West Virginia didn't get the message.
Heck, I don't think he wss even in formation when that word came down. Most likely he was out building another Smokepole......lol
