Far From Muzzleloading, But Interesting Just the Same

I heard on the news last night that SpaceX was launching a rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Center last night, so at about 8:35 I went outside to watch.  Amazingly enough, the launch happened right on time.  We are about 30+ miles north of Vandenberg and the weather was clear so I was anticipating a good view of the flight.

Amazingly enough, it took off right on time and the view was marvelous.  Here is the video of the flight that they broadcast on you tube.

Cool, can't get over that SPACE force base crap.  So used to AIR force base.  Just sounds better.
Anyway imagine how much BP you'd have to burn to launch that baby.
