One of the most requested foods in of our civil war group Is Scotch eggs for breakfast, (I let the wife make them),we get people queuing up for them.

 For any one who does not know what there are. Think of a deep fried hard boiled egg wrapped up in ground pork, yes they are shelled first.

We started making them with the leftover ham after Xmas
I hadn't heard of them until I found
Jas Townsend's videos on you tube
I think I watched for 2-3 hours of all the cooking they did on there
