Old Northwest Frolic
« on: May 23, 2011, 05:51:49 AM »
Let me tell you, that this is a FUN time ladies and gentlemen. Nobber put's on one heck of a shoot, and everything was first class. Double Barrel, Lamp-Wick and myself went on Saturday, and had a BLAST! And the food? Well let's just say it was some of the best eating I've ever had. Home-made Egg Noddles with Beef! Home-made Cinnamon Rolls! WOW was that good.

It was very nice to finally put some faces to the screen names here on the TMA forum. It was very nice to meet all of you, and I look forward to another Frolic with all of you. But next year we're camping!

I will tell everyone here, that you need to put this event on your 2012 calendar. If you don't your missing out!

I would like to thank Nobber for running this TMA event. He does a super job!  :clap  :clap

The Northwest Frolic was a great time!  It is also proof that forums don't do justice to the true character and personality of the fine folks here!  It was a true pleasure putting faces to the screen names!  We really do have a great cast of characters here on the TMA!  I'm sorry we only stayed one day.  I'm camping next year!

Here's a link to the pictures I took with my phone.  I haven't tagged them yet, but I'm sure you know who you are!  :-)

Thanks for posting these DB...some real nice pictures there :) )
got to visit with some old friends and meet some fine new ones!
A good shoot...good food...good folks to share it with...what else could a guy ask for?
The weather was fine, just had a little rain that held up the Bow Shoot for a few minutes.
Once again Miss Mary fed us like we were family (from her side
All in all another fine event in Angola, IN.  Many thanks to Eric and Ed for all the work they put in to make everything fall in place and run smooth...and a big thanks and contented sigh to Miss Mary for the great food  :applaud
Al
P.S.  And a BIG thanks to Hank's dog for letting me have the back porch to sleep on when I was there.

Another great time as usual. Thanks again Eric and Ed for all you did. Thanks to Mary again for the great food too.  My grandsons had the time of their lives and are already to go again next year. My wife says Kyle must have a new best friend, and his name is Eric. She heard all about him the day we got home... Maybe not ALL about him......LOL.

Sir Micheal: I would like to humbly submit that pictures #22 or 24, Buzzard Taking Aim, be offered for the calendar. Being the handsome devil that i am, either one would brighten up the calendar quite a bit! The only downfall is that even being this good looking, i couldn't get a date at the rondy. Elsie was already taken. ROTFLMAO  What happens at rondy, stays at rondy! Your humble servant, Buzzard
