Chief Corn Planter Horn

Well after many hours, I'm finally finished with this powder horn and thought you might like to take a look! __ As you can see, it is a 18th century inspired lobed style powder horn that has a heavily carved throat(neck) I did a little scratch'n on. The NA portrait is of Seneca Chief Cornplanter and I also incorporated the Royal English Crest. Kind of fancy, but fully functional!

Yes, there is.  But what about the actual horn?  Must be my eyes as the area from the engrailing to the tip do not look like it belongs with the rest of this horn and looks a bit clunky to me and out of place.  Maybe a bit too much filing and out of scale too or am I just too blinded by all the engraving?  
I'm sure when I send the picture to a few masterhorners they'll explain so that I can learn to recognize what constitutes a well (or poor) design and execution of a powder horn so I can stop wasting my money on so so vintage horns or so called antiques.

Really? You are really going to send pics of another person's horn to a "few masterhorners" to critique? Why? I don't recall seeing anything in the original post asking you to purchase said horn, or anything that called this particular horn "vintage" or "antique". As a member of the Honorable Company Of Horners I would think that you had the necessary knowledge to make that sort of judgement yourself.

On another note, I think the horn is quite nice. But I am no expert...just a leatherworker.
