Yes, there is. But what about the actual horn? Must be my eyes as the area from the engrailing to the tip do not look like it belongs with the rest of this horn and looks a bit clunky to me and out of place. Maybe a bit too much filing and out of scale too or am I just too blinded by all the engraving?
I'm sure when I send the picture to a few masterhorners they'll explain so that I can learn to recognize what constitutes a well (or poor) design and execution of a powder horn so I can stop wasting my money on so so vintage horns or so called antiques.
