Can I brag a bit?
« on: March 10, 2015, 03:10:44 PM »
We had our clubs yearly awards presentations last week.  I had a pretty good shooting season this year and I need to brag a little somewhere since my wife and sons are not easily impressed.

Good job, PD.
Sometimes I think I remember when I could shoot that well, but these days, it's hard to decide whether it's fact or fancy.
Regardless, I don't think I will be challenging you to a shooting match any time soonly.

Thanks guys.  It's good to get to crow about it a bit.

BH, I missed it too, and the meeting.  Had to make a trip to New York to let the youngest son audition for Juilliard.  Tim picked up my awards for me.  Hope to see you next month.  Are you going to the Aurora rendezvous?

I plan to be at Aurora.
Tim won first place in the flintlock division and either first or possibly second (i forget which) in smoothbore.
You should see his new Lancaster rifle Chuck built, WOW!  You won't see it at a rendezvous, but he will have it at the shoots.

Don't forget about the Fun Day Voo April 25th.
