got this knife on Sunday for $20 the guy had the knife for a couple of years so when it lost its edge he could not get an edge back on it. it looked like Damascus that you could hardly see so I did the mustard trick on it and look at it now, it has a stamp on the blade a circle with SLH in the circle, I got it nice and sharp but can only sharpen it on a diamond stone I think it is around 60 to 62 rch. the sheath looks like it is made frome shark or sting ray skin and is very stiff and holds the knife very well, I think I got a very good deal.

For some reason I am not too excited about the scales, but I sure do like the blade!! That's beautiful. And for $20.00 Australian, that's a steal. That's like about $14.00 US +/-.
