I sewed up this possibles bag several years ago, from some tanned leather a friend gave me.
I started the project by scissoring sections of brown paper grocery bags until I got the shapes/sizes I liked to assemble the paper pouch with staples; then dis-assembled the paper to use for leather cutting patterns.
I included a patch knife sheath on the strap, a beavertail flap over a main pocket, with two small internal pockets on inside of the back wall of the bag, and a full-width pocket on the outside of the front wall.
Please excuse the clumsy stitching - It was my 1st attempt at making a bag.
