Wrist repairs
« on: March 07, 2018, 09:24:00 AM »
One of my customers has snapped the wrist on the SMR i built him. I can't seem to find any thin rawhide wrap at any of the local trade faire's. Chew toy's are to thick and heavy. I need a source for thin rawhide, doe or goat skin. Ideas please!!!

Worse case scenario if you can't find a piece of deer, antelope, or goat rawhide, let me know the dimension of the rifle's wrist, and I'll send you a piece of buffalo rawhide.
I have a little that is thin enough for a wrist repair.  :bl th up

I know from what I get for my dog from CostCo, that some of the rolled rawhide is thin and some is thick. you might be able to pick thru and find a thin one. My dog prefers the thinner ones too because she can finish them off quicker.
