This is the San Francisco (gambler) type bowie blade (with a Cold Steel Tai Pan) that I re-handled in Ebony & sheathed.
This pattern was popular with gamblers during the Cowboy era (1880's & 90's), which AFAIK was utilized as a concealed carry weapon.
