Thank you for all your work, Joe! :hairy

I guess the chicken kicked me up a notch, but with Sharpstick having two targets with 3/3, I really feel he should be in 3rd place.  But it is what it is, and you're the one making the decision. :bl th up

Again, thank you for all your efforts in putting on these shoots! :yessir:

Kees,

The rules for tie-breaking scores were set in place 4 years ago, and revised for this years Silhouette Match with the additions of the Bear & Buffalo Silhouette's... The Chicken has always been the first tie breaker and this will not change.

Here is the Rule that was on/with the "Instructions" sheet sent with targets;

g. Total Score Tie Breakers Will Be; Most Chickens + Pigs + Turkeys + Rams + Buffalo + Bear Hits...

It's clear to see that the "Chickens" are the first tiebreaker.  :shake

Don't freet, Kees.  I just shoot and let Ohio Joe score the targets. I was sure I wasn't in first place. Doesn't make much difference to me if I'm the second or third loser  ;D  And those chickens always get the better of me  :P  ... until next time. Yeah, that's it, next time I'm going to get that pesky dancing chicken.

Kudos to Ohio Joe for a great score.  :bl th up

The only real losers are those who didn't make it out to shoot at all.
The trouble with doing things right the first time is no one realizes how hard it was.
Often, however, the following is more applicable.
I stand corrected, a position somewhat painful to achieve, but once there, is quite satisfying.

We'll give it to October 25 before we call it official...

I've seen mail closer to me run upwards of 7 days out, and further away 'bout 2 to 5 days??? Go figure???

October 25 is a good date to call the match official.

I'll also mention that everyone who has sent in targets are to be congratulated, as these little silhouettes (even the bigger ones) aren't that forgiving because of the angles on the targets. Someone could still come along and knock us all down a notch...  :shake

I just got a Christmas card returned which I sent to a cousin in Europe last November.  It "could not be delivered as addressed, and could not be forwarded".  I checked with him and everything was correct.  The US Postal Service is NOT what it used to be....

It certainly isn't, Kees...

I don't know if it's the "mail cleaning" (as they announced they were doing during the Covid 19 shut down, or just what?

Not really sure how you go about cleaning mail??? Maybe they just left it set for awhile in a controlled environment??? I don't know???  :Doh!

Crazy for sure... :o

We're getting dangerously political here, even though it IS funny!  There probably are people on this site who have different opinions of how our country should continue but who also are "into" black powder.  Just saying....
