Remember, it's important to use the correct size rock in your lock.

Thought I had a 7/8 x 1 in there but turns out if it was a little bigger than that.
Didn't ding it up too bad but still.

Nothing severe buddy. Are you sure you wouldn't be better off with a 3/4x7/8? I know a guy that makes a mental error once in a while and forgets to put powder in. I should have inquired about the type of rifle before making a comment about flint size. My apologies.

It's all good no powder.
This is my last kibler WR.
Calls for a 7/8 x 1 and I had been shooting 3/4 x 3/4 ish french flint and kept breaking rocks so I ordered the correct size from TOTW , they came yesterday.
The one that caused this came from a bag of loose English flints I had
 Pays to pay attention huh.
Going shooting today with the correct size flint.

Full report, see revolutionary challenge.  :yessir:
Seriously the new correct size help up for 20 shots, only loosing a small chip on the corner. No knapping. I'll keep using it till it fails.
Much better than the 3/4 FA flints, although they sparked well they just were to small and fragile to handle this lock.
