okie dokie, here's my tip curtis "poor boy"- .45, 36" gm straight barrel, brass furniture, stock is "plain maple" (i swear, that's what tip called it!), all the iron will stay in-the-white, i did the staining and finish.  larry, we gotta make smoke and fire soon!

Not if I use a .980 ball in it.  Then one of those round cleaning patches works pretty good.
